Technical support is available through the ESO support site, phone and email.

    With access to support articles, updates, as well as tips and tricks, the support site provides you with the tools needed to search for answers online.Knowledgebase

    The easily accessible chat button is located on the bottom right hand corner of the support site with agents ready to assist.

    You can input a ticket by visiting eso.com/support and filling out the form.  You will receive a confirmation email  with your ticket number.Submit an ESO Ticket
