Patrick’s many years of experience as a software engineer, systems analyst, program manager and marketing executive in the aerospace industry and now as President & CEO of eCore has given him the privilege of overseeing the development and delivery of enterprise scheduling software to a loyal customer base. His guidance has given eCore the vision to become a leading provider of workflow software to public service industries.

Steven Turner

STEVEN TURNER
Executive Vice President

Steven graduated from Hardin-Simmons University where he studied English and philosophy. Following a career in public education, Steven came on board with eCore to provide training and deployment for eCore’s customers. As the business continued to grow, Steven was very proactive in identifying ways to improve processes in all areas at eCore. He has played a vital role in product development, client satisfaction, sales, marketing and is a visionary for the eCore family. As Executive VP, Steven enjoys leading eCore and striving to execute the company’s core values while ensuring the success of all clients.

Ashlyn Davis

ASHLYN DAVIS
VP of Products

Ashlyn has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas in Austin, where she studied communications and electrical engineering. Since she began her career at eCore in 2009, she has been involved with just about every area of the business. This has prepared her for her current role as VP of Products. Her experience working with end-users and her awareness of the product demonstrates her ability to see things from a user-oriented standpoint. In addition to managing a team of sharp and qualified software engineers, she also writes complex functional specifications and distills them into user-friendly visual mockups.

Sara Fitzsimmons

SARA FITZSIMMONS
VP of Sales and Marketing

Sara received her B.S. degree from prestigious Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She played on the women’s tennis team at Southwestern for all 4 years. She has several years of experience working in web-based product sales along with client success management. She now brings her experience and energy to the eCore executive team.

Jennifer Williams

JENNIFER WILLIAMS
VP of Operations

As the VP of Operations, Jennifer works to ensure our clients are familiar with the systems they are using while keeping the lines of communication open. In her time at eCore, she has used her skills with coding, graphic design, and webpage building to oversee the creation of support materials and video tutorials. After spending nearly a decade working in various support roles, Jennifer knows that answering questions isn’t what drives success for clients, it’s how well you connect with the people you’re trying to help while anticipating their future needs.

Amre Martin

Director of Training/Deployment

Amre Martin is the Director of Training/Deployment with extensive experience working with all client levels delivering training designed to support the organizations scheduling needs. Amre graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering Technology. Currently, she works with clients ranging from 10-1,000+ employees to ensure a successful deployment phase. Amre is passionate about creating a simple and straightforward training environment to make the clients learning stages as painless as possible. Her work has always been focused on meeting the strategic needs of the organization.

Aus Williams

AUS WILLIAMS
Director of Development

Aus graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Computer Science. He has been creating all kinds of software since graduating, as well as working in marketing and customer support. Due to an unrelenting curiosity of every aspect of business, he brings a well-rounded approach to creating new software, looking for creative improvements and additions, and is always striving to create a great user experience. He currently works with the rest of the development staff to translate the designs and ideas into software projects and get them out on time.

Christy Fitzsimmons

CHRISTY FITZSIMMONS
CFO

Christy has extensive experience in accounting from accounts receivables and payables, payroll and HR duties. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from SMU, and her advanced skill in financial management continues to keep eCore ready to handle any monetary situation that arises. She has also lead the way in establishing company-wide policies and work rules that keep current and new employees up to date on the latest generous benefits program eCore offers.
