Patrick began his career at Sperry Computer Systems in St. Paul, Minnesota back in the good ole days. During his time working in corporate America, he has worked as a software engineer, systems analyst, program manager and marketing manager for large scale flight simulator projects and both signal and image intelligence projects in manned aircraft and drones. Patrick took his well-rounded expertise into the private sector when he started eCore Software Inc. back in 1999. By 2001, the total company focus was on developing enterprise scheduling solutions for large, complex EMS operations and fire departments. He now has over 32 years of experience working in all phases of software development and management of large scale software systems. His guidance has given eCore the vision to become a leading provider of workflow software in public service industries.


Executive Vice President

After obtaining a hard earned degree at Hardin-Simmons University, Steven began his career at eCore in 2005 providing training and deployment for some very complex EMS operations. As the business continued to grow, Steven eventually found his passion in sales and marketing. He has been very proactive in identifying ways to improve processes in all business areas at eCore. He has played a vital role in product development, customer satisfaction, sales, marketing, and is a visionary for the eCore family. Steven has many interests and he is an avid runner with many long runs under his belt.


VP Operations

Ashlyn has a B.S. degree from the University of Texas in Austin. Since she began her career at eCore in August 2009, she has been involved with just about every area of business at eCore. She was hired as the Training and Support Director and has been instrumental in implementing extremely efficient training and deployment guidelines that work for large and small customers alike. With her attention to every detail, she was an obvious choice to be the VP of Operations. Ashlyn oversees the administrative training and support of eCore’s employees and customers. Her hobbies include reading, painting, traveling, cooking, and yoga.


VP Technology

Jim began his EMS career in 1988 as an EMT. He has served his communities in a variety of roles from volunteer Fire and Rescue, EMS and law-enforcement. Jim began work with Care Ambulance in the Montgomery Alabama dispatch center in 2003 as a dispatcher. Jim was promoted rapidly to Dispatch Supervisor, Communications/Billing/IT Manager and Director of Technology. Care eventually became part of the Falck Eastern Seaboard and Jim was promoted to oversee all technology for Falcks’ East Coast operations . Jim holds an Advanced Class amateur radio license and has a strong background in electronics and computing. Jim’s education has focused on information technology and he has owned his own technology companies in the past. Jim has a passion for using technology to increase operational efficiency while reducing cost. Jim’s two decades of experience in EMS and public safety uniquely positions him to understand the challenges that face our customer base. Jim also enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and Alabama football.
