Why do you love working at eCore?

eCore has one of the best work environments I have experienced so far in my career. Everyone here, from the top-brass all the way to the first level of support, is supporting in both the personal and professional lives of each other.

What is the best part of your job?

As Senior Client Success Manager, I get to interact with most to all of our clients across the U.S. This presents a unique experience day-to-day as each person’s questions or issues are typically different and doesn’t lead to repetition.

What does a day at eCore look like for you?

The first thing I do is to check my calendar to see what meetings I might have for the day, so I can plan around those if need be. Once that is done I check my ticket queues to see who or what needs follow-up, guidance, and/or escalation to our technical team.

What unique element do you bring to eCore?

I bring about a decade’s worth of experience in customer support, technical support, and client success from several different types of industries. I feel that this gives me a unique view on how things can and do work well.

What is your favorite feature on ePro Scheduler?

Shift Profiles: no matter how short or long your rotation might be, we can accommodate a vast majority of shift lengths. This can ease the workload when creating a schedule for a week, pay period or month.

Why do you love working with the EMS industry?

For those who help others in a time of need, I get to make their jobs just a little bit easier.
