Amre has been with eCore for 4 years, earning her the position of Director of Training/Deployment. In her role, she gets to help shape eCore’s future while serving clients and our team.

 Why do you love working at eCore?

I’ve been employed with eCore for about 4 years,  and I am constantly learning new things. At eCore we get to work together as a team to express our ideas. We have a great team at eCore and there’s never really a dull moment.

What is the best part of your job?

I’ve always loved helping others learn new things and guide them in the correct directions. As Director of Training, I get to help our clients learn our software so that it benefits their company as a whole.

What does a day at eCore look like for you?

My day at eCore usually consist of working with clients via our Project Management tool Basecamp and hosting daily trainings to ensure our software meets their needs for a successful deployment.

What unique element do you bring to eCore?

A few of my unique elements that I possess are my problem-solving skills and my ability to guide our Clients in the correct direction to meet their end goals.

What is your favorite feature on ePro Scheduler?

One of my favorite features on ePro Scheduler would be the Schedule Item Summary/Detail Report. This report allows you to quickly search schedules by a specific date span, earning codes, cost centers, and more to help find exactly what you are needing in a report. The customization of this report is loved by majority of our Clients.

Why do you love working with the EMS industry?

There is never a dull moment in the EMS industry. I love being able to work with those that go out every day to save the lives of others.
