Why do you love working at eCore?

I have never worked for a company like eCore before. The work environment is so relaxed and welcoming that from the day I started I have felt comfortable. The people that work here make the company though, they are some of the most amazing and fun loving people I have ever worked with. They are always willing to help when you have questions because they want you to succeed and become a better member of the team.

What is the best part of your job?

I get to help clients every day to use our software better to make their jobs easier. I see it as the less time they have to spend using our software , the more time they have to be in the field helping people in need of their services. Through the training and support teams we can help them achieve this by providing knowledge that they can understand.

What does a day at eCore look like for you?

My day consists of working on tickets and talking with clients over the phones and chat.

What unique element do you bring to eCore?

I bring my outgoing and positive personality. It helps me defuse situations and put both clients and co-workers at ease and feel more confident about the issues they are having.

What is your favorite feature on ePro Scheduler?

I love the Schedule Worksheet, it makes viewing and changing schedules easy and painless. You can manage your employees schedules from one page.

Why do you love working with the EMS industry?

I feel like what we do for these companies makes their lives easier and more efficient which in turn helps them do their jobs better. I feel like we are taking care of them so they can take care of their community.
