Why do you love working at eCore?

The best thing about working at eCore is the people. Both clients and coworkers show up every day with such a positive attitude and a goal to make this a success for everyone.

Why do you love your specific job role?

The favorite part of my current role is getting investigate an issue and find the solution that works for the client.

What does a day at eCore look like for you

Typically, I come in and check my tickets and messages and then prioritize my work flow for the day. Every day is different, and you have new challenges every single day.

What unique element do you bring to eCore?

I am an organizer by nature. I like everything to be in order and pay attention to details. I am one of those weird people that actually enjoys excel sheets and numbers.

What is your favorite feature on ePro Scheduler?

The Banner Message – I love how versatile this tool is and how it allows managers to reach all their employees. My favorite use for it is when I see it used for Birthday Messages or party reminders. It adds a human touch to our software.

Why do you love working with the EMS industry?

I have always had a lot of heart for First Responders. Working in a roll that helps them be successful at their jobs lets me feel like I am contributing to their worthy mission.
