Direct Response

Direct Response is the feature that makes it easy for employees to submit Shift Pickup requests directly from open shift email/text notifications sent out via the Best Fit window without having to log in to ePro Scheduler.

Schedule Item Summary/Detail – Report Templates

With the report templates, you can save your favorite filter sets for this report as templates making running reports in the future a breeze.

Dashboard Configuration Tool & New Widgets

New widgets are constantly being added to the dashboard configuration tool. You also have the ability to create different dashboards for different groups employees depending on their needs.

Upload and Storage of Certification Documents

Images of cards or certificates can be uploaded from mobile, tablet, or desktop devices and tied to certification records in ePro Scheduler. Employees can even submit new images and certification details from their mobile devices for approval by management!

Calendar Enhancements

The Business Calendar provides great functionality for keeping up with meetings, training events, etc. When you create a new calendar item, it can be setup as a onetime event, or recurring You also have the ability to assign the event to managers and employees to view in a variety of ways.
