Secret Talent: It may not be a talent, but I am double jointed and I love seeing people’s reaction after showing people how my fingers bend!

Hobbies: Hanging with the family, friends, and my pups! Traveling, hiking, camping, reading, watching documentaries

Why do you love working at eCore?

Throughout my first year I have found that the thing that makes eCore stand out amongst the other companies I have worked for is the level of dedication from all the employees, especially leadership. Leadership not only trains the employees well, they also go the extra mile to bring the team a great work environment that allows everyone to provide the best service to our clients.

What is the best part of your job?

As Director of Sales & Marketing, I get the pleasure to work with a team of uniquely minded people and develop initiatives and programs that bring them together to work towards a single goal. In addition, I love providing prospects and clients the resources that they need in order to make an informed decision on their scheduling solution.

What does a day at eCore look like for you

My days consist of helping my team perform at their best, working on future plans and initiatives for the department, answer clients’ billing and software questions, giving demos to prospects, and creating marketing strategies and promotions.

What unique element do you bring to eCore?

One of my greatest strengths is my ability create possesses and structure within eCore that makes our team more efficient and agile, making it possible to provide a consultative approach to our clients and prospects.

What is your favorite feature on ePro Scheduler?

I love the Certification Tracking tool because it is something that almost every organization requires, and we have come out with a lot of new features, like uploading renewed licenses/certifications from your mobile phone, that makes it competitive with any other Certification Tracking in the industry.

Why do you love working with the EMS industry?

The people I’ve encountered in the industry are fantastic people that want to do the best job they can in serving their communities. It feels good to take care of the people that are taking care of everyone else.
