The ePro BioClock just got a whole lot smarter. The Smart Clock feature provides real-time updates to our popular web-based ePro Scheduler system.

Every time an employee fingerprint is scanned, the ePro BioClock checks the employee’s schedule and certification status. When employees clock in or out early or late for a scheduled shift they will be required to provide a reason before they can punch in or out. If certifications are expired employees will not be allowed to clock in.

Smart Clocks are easily configured from the web with ePro Scheduler. Define early/late thresholds, or decide to disallow early clock-ins. Decide whether or not to enforce certifications or force comments to the scheduler.

Get Connected with an ePro BioNet

In many operations, employees report to work at different locations spread over a wide area. The cost of installing time clock devices in many locations can be cost prohibitive.

		Synching attendance to a central location for big picture attendance management can be even more expensive.

		The combination of ePro Scheduler and ePro BioClocks now make this an affordable option for any organization. Create an ePro BioNet by installing ePro Bio Clocks at many remote locations with Internet access.

		Any ePro BioClock can be used to enroll an employee. Fingerprint scans are uploaded to the central ePro Scheduler database and synched to each BioClock in the BioNet. Employees can punch in and out at any remote location.

		Background updates provide automatic synchronization to the server. Configure a BioClock to work offline if a live connection is not available.

Attendance Recording & Employee Enrollment

To clock in or out, employees simply enter their ePro Scheduler usernames or employee IDs then place a finger on the fingerprint scanner. If their fingerprint match is found in the database, they can clock in or out.

Enroll employees by scanning their fingerprints into the ePro BioClock system. Once they are enrolled, they can use ePro BioClocks to clock in and out. Synchronizing the fingerprint records to ePro Scheduler makes them available to any ePro BioClock you install at remote locations in the field.

Background Updates

If a live Internet connection is available and background updates are enabled on your ePro BioClock, employee attendance records will automatically upload to ePro Scheduler. Fingerprint records are also synchronized once per day. New fingerprint records are downloaded to the ePro BioClock so new employees can record attendance any location.
