Time & Attendance Features

ePro Scheduler provides an advanced timekeeping and attendance solution that complements our scheduling and payroll functions. Since payroll information is compiled in the schedule, it is essential that the schedule reflect when employees actually clocked in and out of their shifts.

Employee attendance records can be imported from external timekeeper systems or can be entered with the methods provided by ePro Scheduler.

Recording Attendance

The following methods provide employee attendance recording in ePro Scheduler.

ePro BioClocks

An advanced method of recording attendance. An employee can't clock in or out unless their fingerprint scan is found in the enrollment database. Click here for additional ePro BioClock information.

Timekeeper Kiosks

Computers in public locations with live Internet connections can be configured as timekeeper kiosks. Kiosks provide access to the open attendance recording function for clocking in and out.. Kiosks notifies designated individuals when someone clocks in or out outside of the configured thresholds.

Online Entry

Timekeeper limited access function for dispatchers and other personnel that record attendance when employees call-in.

Offline Entry

Full access to the daily timesheet. Can create, modify and delete attendance records.

Importing Attendance

Employee attendance can be imported from several vendor timekeeping systems.
Below is a list of vendors that are currently supported.

Discrepancy Checking

Easily check and fix discrepancies between employee attendance and posted schedules.
The discrepancy report displays the error and helpful comments that were entered by employees. Click the displayed links to quickly fix any errors that are found.
