EMS reporting is provided by the web-based ePCR system emsCharts.   emsCharts provides comprehensive Patient Care Record (PCR) creation and management functions and is fully NHTSA 2.1 and HIPPA compliant.  The seamless interface to emsCharts provides common user login credentials, dispatch data and fleet profiles. emsCharts provides an outstanding billing interface to many of the widely-used EMS incident billing systems.

Employee Timecard Approval

The timecard approval function lets employees approve their schedule or point out items that may have been missed.  Use the approval software to implement the appropriate policy for your organization.

Fire Reporting

The ePro Manager fire reporting system is fully NFIRS 5.0 compliant.  Incidents can be created manually or can be created when imported from the live CAD feed.  The web forms are easy to navigate.  The validation tool provides easy click and fix to ensure that reports are compliant before they are sent to FEMA.
