ePro Scheduler's automated payroll tools build formatted files that can be easily imported ePro Manager provides comprehensive fleet management software.  Manage the profile of each vehicle in the fleet.  Maintain inventory and keep a complete log of vehicle maintenance.  Track major equipment items assigned to vehicles and keep test history of each item.  The list below describes the fleet management functions:

Vehicle Maintenance

The ePro Manager maintenance software provides the complete package for vehicle maintenance.   Employees can easily report problems after a shift is completed.  The fleet manager can schedule maintenance for any vehicle.  Recurring maintenance is handled with the integrated calendar.  Maintenance profiles can be assigned to employees that perform maintenance.  The software provides checking off each item that was completed and problems that were fixed.  Maintenance logs and mileage recording provide a complete record of vehicle maintenance.  Mileage alerts notify the fleet manager to assist in preventive maintenance. Assigned Equipment

ePro Manager can manage heavy equipment items assigned to a particular vehicle.  You can track specific information, like manufacturer and serial number for each item and record the results of each equipment test so it is readily available for auditors. For fire departments, hose records and hose test results are provided. There is even an automatic hose number generator that uses the date and hose size to name the record.

Inventory Management

Manage the inventory level of each item on the vehicle.  The inventory report alerts you to any items that need to be restocked.  The user-friendly shopping cart makes it simple to reorder items from the warehouse.

Common Calendar and Documents

Calendar entries like scheduled maintenance and training exercises can be assigned to a vehicle.  Documents can be scanned and uploaded and indexed to a vehicle.  The vehicle "Detail" panel shows the detailed profile fields, assigned calendar entries, assigned documents and the current inventory levels.
