Document Summary
Define the document categories and fields that need to be tracked by the document manager.  Enable the location feature  so you can narrow document searches by area.
Enter the information you need for a document and assign it to multiple employees, vehicles and facilities.   It is very easy to search for a document and it is on the Internet so they are available anywhere.
Upload Documents and Maintain Revisions
Upload scanned images, MS Word documents, spreadsheets, CAD maps or any electronic document.  After they are uploaded, they are available to anyone that has access.  The integrated ePro Scheduler interface makes common employees documents, like company polices and memos, readily available to the workforce.
Document revisions are maintained by the document manager.  When a document is uploaded, a revision is automatically made.  The previous document version is saved for later reference.  You will never lose or overwrite a critical document with ePro Manager.
