The toolbar provides intuitive navigation to wherever you need to go and the menus are protected by group privileges to prevent unauthorized access to critical data.

ePro Tracker - Incidents and Web Forms

The ePro Tracker provides a paperless solution to submitting, tracking, and organizing employee incident reports, such as vehicle collisions, equipment failures, general complaints, crew conflicts, protocol issues, sexual harassment, commendations, and much more.


Incident Reports

Employees can file an incident report online. As soon as the incident is reported, it is made available to the appropriate management personnel. The software filters each report to the appropriate management personnel based on incident types. Managers are granted access to particular incident types and can add notes and upload pertinent files to keep all of the needed information in one place.

Case Management

Case administrators can view all of the reports for each incident type and can group reports together into cases and add any notes or files to the entire case. The case creating capability is like an online filing cabinet. Any incident reports, files and notes can be easily grouped and located. When resolution to an incident occurs, case administrators can close the case and easily contact all parties involved of the final outcome.

The fleet manager can schedule maintenance for any vehicle. Recurring maintenance is handled with the integrated calendar. Maintenance profiles can be assigned to employees that perform maintenance. The software provides checking off each item that was completed and problems that were fixed. Maintenance logs and mileage recording provide a complete record of vehicle maintenance. Assigned Equipment

For fire departments, hose records and hose test results are provided. There is even an automatic hose number generator that uses the date and hose size to name the record.

Inventory Management

Manage the inventory level of each item on the vehicle. The inventory report alerts you to any items that need to be restocked. The user-friendly shopping cart makes it simple to reorder items from the warehouse.

Common Calendar and Documents

Calendar entries such as scheduled maintenance and training exercises can be assigned to a vehicle. Documents can be scanned and uploaded and indexed to a vehicle. Inventory Manager

ePro Manager provides full inventory and warehouse management. Managing stock inventory levels is a snap. Comprehensive reports show at a glance items that need to be restocked.

The integrated request manager allows employees to submit orders from the field for a facility or for a specific vehicle in the fleet. The warehouse manager can manage inventory and orders as items are shipped to the field.


Master Inventory

The user-friendly interface and intuitive web forms make creating and editing inventory items easy for the warehouse manager. Automated inventory level controls provide prompts when supplies need to be reordered. Receive and fulfill inventory requests that are submitted from the field. ePro Manager provides a reporting capability that allows you to see the total picture from inventory lists to what supplies were ordered last month to the status of a particular purchase order.

Enable the location feature so you can narrow document searches by area.  Enter the information you need for a document and assign it to multiple employees, vehicles and facilities.  It is very easy to search for a document and it is on the Internet so they are available anywhere.


Upload Documents and Maintain Revisions

Upload scanned images, MS Word documents, spreadsheets, CAD maps or any electronic document.  After they are uploaded, they are available to anyone that has access.  The integrated ePro Scheduler interface makes common employees documents, like company polices and memos, readily available to the workforce.

Document revisions are maintained by the document manager.  When a document is uploaded, a revision is automatically made.  The previous document version is saved for later reference.  You will never lose or overwrite a critical document with ePro Manager.

Integrated Calendar

The ePro Manager integrated calendar is not just a simple calendar tool. It is integrated into many areas of ePro Scheduler and ePro Manager. Create one-time events or events that recur daily, weekly, monthly or annually. Create your own categories so you can easily organize and find calendar entries.

The ePro Scheduler interface makes the Master Calendar available to every employee that logs in. Make sure your employees are plugged into the daily activities of your organization.


Assign and Manage Employees Tasks

Manage employee tasks using the ePro Manager calendar. Assign a task with a duration to employees and they will be notified as soon as they login to ePro Scheduler. They can even designate when the task has been completed.


Assign Entries To Facilites and Vehicles

Calendar entries can be assigned to facilities and vehicles in the fleet. The master calendar can be populated with facility entries (like training and classes) so everyone knows when and where events are going to be.
